Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data held by Truelytics Solutions, including data received through Facebook Messenger via our TravelOS platform.

TravelOS connects with Messenger under Experience Philippines, our verified business on Meta. Truelytics Solutions is the technology arm of Experience Philippines and operates the systems that process this data. For details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

Email us at hello@truelytics.app with the subject line "Data deletion request". To help us find your data, please include:

• ▸Your name as it appears on your Facebook profile
• ▸The name of the Facebook Page or business you messaged
• ▸An approximate date of your conversation, if you remember it

If you messaged a business through their Facebook Page, you can also contact that business directly and ask them to delete your data. We will support them in completing your request.

After we receive your request:

• ▸We will acknowledge your request within 7 days
• ▸We will verify that the data belongs to you
• ▸We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm once it is done

Deletion covers the data we received through Messenger, including:

• ▸Your profile name and profile photo
• ▸Your page-scoped ID assigned by Meta
• ▸The contents of your messages stored on our platform

Some information may need to be retained if required for legal, financial, or legitimate business purposes, such as records of confirmed bookings. We will tell you if any part of your request cannot be completed and why.

The business you contacted keeps its own customer records, such as booking details and payment records. They are responsible for those records under their own policies. If your request involves that data, we will forward your request to them and help where we can.
