Any proposal, estimate, or recommendation provided by Truelytics Solutions is based on the information available at the time. Project scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Unless specifically included in a written agreement, services do not include:

Clients are responsible for:

• ▸Supplying required access, files, credentials, or documents
• ▸Reviewing deliverables
• ▸Testing systems before using them in live operations
• ▸Ensuring that business data shared with Truelytics Solutions is lawfully obtained and shareable
• ▸Maintaining their own backups of important business data
• ▸Securing their own accounts, passwords, and platforms

Delays in providing information, access, approvals, or feedback may affect timelines and delivery.

Fees, payment schedules, deposits, and billing terms will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• ▸Work may pause if payments are overdue
• ▸Fees already paid may be non-refundable once work has started
• ▸Additional scope may require additional payment
• ▸Subscription, hosting, software, API, or third-party tool costs are separate unless clearly included

Client access to final deliverables may depend on completion of payment obligations.

Truelytics Solutions may recommend or use third-party tools such as hosting platforms, automation tools, AI tools, analytics tools, form tools, databases, CRMs, scheduling tools, or payment processors. Clients understand that third-party tools are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, limitations, and privacy practices.

Truelytics Solutions is not responsible for:

• ▸Downtime or outages caused by third-party tools
• ▸Changes in third-party pricing
• ▸Changes in third-party features or policies
• ▸Loss of access due to client account issues
• ▸Bugs, limitations, or failures in third-party platforms

Where possible, we will help recommend practical alternatives or workarounds.

Some services may involve AI-assisted tools for drafting, summarizing, analyzing, classifying, generating, or automating content and workflows.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate assumptions. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving any output before using it in business, customer, financial, legal, medical, or operational contexts.

Truelytics Solutions does not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs will be error-free, compliant, or suitable for every use case without human review.

Truelytics Solutions aims to build practical systems that improve visibility, decision-making, workflows, and operations. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as:

• ▸Increased revenue
• ▸More leads
• ▸Higher conversion rates
• ▸Cost savings
• ▸Search rankings
• ▸Customer growth
• ▸Operational performance
• ▸Funding, sales, or investment results

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including client execution, market conditions, offer quality, traffic, team adoption, customer behavior, and ongoing management.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• ▸Truelytics Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, processes, reusable components, prompts, internal tools, documentation structures, and know-how.
• ▸Clients retain ownership of their own business data, brand assets, content, customer data, and materials provided to Truelytics Solutions.
• ▸Final project deliverables may be used by the client for their internal business purposes after full payment has been made.

Truelytics Solutions may reuse general knowledge, methods, non-confidential learnings, and reusable technical patterns developed during client work, as long as client confidential information is not disclosed.

Unless a client requests confidentiality in writing, Truelytics Solutions may reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, proposals, or marketing materials. This may include general descriptions of the project, industry, problem solved, and type of system built.

We will not intentionally disclose sensitive client data, private credentials, confidential business information, or customer records in public portfolio materials. Clients may request that a project remain private by emailing hello@truelytics.app.

Both Truelytics Solutions and the client agree to handle confidential information responsibly. Confidential information may include business data, customer lists, internal workflows, pricing, documents, credentials, strategy, financial information, and non-public project details.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• ▸Was known before disclosure
• ▸Is independently developed without using confidential information
• ▸Must be disclosed by law or legal process

Any completed work, outstanding fees, or handover obligations will be handled according to the relevant agreement or proposal.

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the website or services at any time. We may also change service descriptions, pricing, offers, or availability without prior notice, unless a specific agreement is already in place.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines, unless another jurisdiction is specified in a separate written agreement. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, the dispute may be handled through the appropriate legal venue under applicable law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
